Wanda Carolyn Burns, 72, of Rossville, Ga, went home to be with the Lord on April 15, 2015.

Wanda was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and a member of the Baptist faith. She is preceded in death by her loving husband; Robert Burns, mother; Mrytle (Boatfield) Frost, and son; Robert Burns.

She is survived by her father; Joe Frost of Rossville, Ga, sons; Eddie Burns of Rossville, Ga, Bill Burns of Chattanooga, Tn, Mitchell Burns of Rossville, Ga, James Burns of Kissimee, Fl, and Johnny Burns of Rossville, Ga, her daughters; Joyce Walling and Betty Burns of Rossville, Ga, her sister; Betty Holland Butler of Trenton, Ga, several grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.

The funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, April 20, 2015 in the funeral home chapel, Pastor Richard Kennett, officiating. Interment will follow in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park. Family will receive friends on Friday, April 17, 2015 from 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M., all day Saturday, all day Sunday, and Prior to service on Monday.
